故事要览
Tartarin and Toto are loafing around when a passer-by loses his wallet right under their noses. They return it to him immediately, and, as a reward, get a five-franc coin. Discord is sown between the two fellows. This effective and good-natured comedy depicts the inclinations of idle military. This comic duo is let loose in 22 films shot between 1912 and 1913.
